Advance Registration has closed.
Conference Hours (PST): Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-2pm.
PARTIAL registration, for those who cannot attend the entire Conference, is available for only $85 ($28.33 per day) from Thursday through Saturday. Partial registration includes a Conference Program Booklet with rhinestone pin, admission to the Expo and Expo Premiere Opening, and qualifies registrants to enroll in Thursday-through-Saturday classes and events. Individual fees for classes and events are not included in registration.
ONE-DAY registration ($45) is available in advance and on site. You may register in advance to enroll in one-day classes and events. When you register, please indicate your specific day(s) of interest. One-day registration includes a Conference Program Booklet and qualifies registrants to enroll in one-day classes and events. Individual fees for classes and events are not included in registration.
Although both members and nonmembers may register, membership is strongly encouraged and is ultimately more cost-effective. For information or to apply for membership, see the back of the registration form or join online at www.decorativepainters.org.
Advanced registration is available through April 6, 2014. After that time, members and nonmembers must register on site at Town and Country Resort, San Diego, CA.
Once you've registered for Conference and know your schedule, complete and return this volunteer form to the address provided. Volunteers need not be members (unless they are election tellers), but we ask that they be adults. Volunteers who work at least five hours will be entered into a drawing for original painted pieces, created and provided by members. All volunteers receive a limited-edition charm! Share your time and talents and make some new friends along the way.
GUEST BADGES: Guest badges are available to FULL and PARTIAL registrants only, for $15 each. Guest badges admit their holders to the Expo and Expo Premier Opening, Class Sales, and the Certification Display. Guest badges must be ordered at the time of registration. Sorry, no on-site guest badge requests are available.
Unregistered Conference attendees may purchase daily Expo admission passes for $7 on-site, or a 3-day pass for $15. A daily pass qualifies its holder to Expo admission on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, Premiere Opening excluded.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Necessary cancellations for Conference requested via email, in writing prior to April 2, 2014, entitle registrants to a partial refund; $50 of each registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after April 2, 2014; NO EXCEPTIONS. Full refunds will be made for classes that might be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
PARKING: $5 per day at Town and Country Resort, San Diego, CA.
ELECTRIC SCOOTER RENTAL:There is an ample scooter supply available. Your scooter will be waiting for you upon your arrival at Town and Country Resort. Please call Mobility Source at (619) 234-9505 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your scooter. The cost will be from $90 for three days to $115 for the week when you mention SDP. Please note that neither Town and Country Resort nor the Society of Decorative Painters will be responsible for scooters.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Ride SuperShuttle to/from the San Diego International Airport for only $10 each way. You do not need an advance reservation to ride SuperShuttle, but without a reservation you will pay the full rate at the ticket counter.

Upon arrival in San Diego, claim your luggage and follow these directions depending on your terminal:
TERMINAL 1: Follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Sky Bridge. Proceed to the "Shuttle for Hire Island" and ask the Transportation Coordinator for a SuperShuttle van.
TERMINAL 2: Exit the Terminal 2 doors, cross the street using the crosswalk to the "Shuttle for Hire Island," and ask the Transportation Coordinator for a SuperShuttle Van.
COMMUTER TERMINAL: Exit the Commuter Terminal doors, cross over to the "Shuttle Loading Island," and ask the Transportation Coordinator for a SuperShuttle van.
