Did you know that you can tour the Permanent Collection at SDP Headquarters while attending the 2010 Wichita Conference?  A display of about 150 works, in all painting media on a variety of surfaces, the SDP Permanent Collection represents the beauty and diversity of our beloved art form.  Visit Headquarters to tour the collection and admire paintings by some of the Society’s most beloved and celebrated artist members.

On Tuesday afternoon and evening, board the green bus located outside of the Hyatt Regency Wichita lobby to take a tour of the SDP Headquarters & Permanent Collection only.

Karl Heinz Meschbach will be demonstrating his faux-finish techniques at the SDP Headquarters on Tuesday and Thursday, so join us for lemonade and cookies and make yourself at home.

On Thursday evening,  board the green bus at the Hyatt Regency to enjoy a tour of the SDP Headquarters and Permanent Collection along with shopping and restaurants in the Old Town district.  We’re excited to show off Wichita’s Old Town district, where you will find terrific restaurants for every taste.  Bus runs between the Hyatt Regency Wichita and SDP Headquarters every 15 minutes.  The first stop is SDP Headquarters, second stop is Old Town Square (Old Chicago Restaurant) and the Third Stop is Old Town district (Larkspur Restaurant).
